NEW! The Industry Leaders for 3D Printed Casts and Splints in the US
ActivArmor™ Orthoses Product and Process
The water-safe, hygienic, fully custom, and breathable orthoses are superior to the existing casting and splinting technologies. Every cast or splint is 100% specific to the patient, eliminating the need to maintain any product inventory or storage of prefabricated devices. 3D printing of customized design and fabrication systems can scan and exact fit to 0.5 mm specific size to the individual’s size, allowing this device to increase immobilization, yet preserving needed mobilization where needed. The exact fit and breathable properties allow tissue healing at optimal rest position. The customizable feature allows for Providers to specify the freedom to immobilize or free specific areas. Bathing, swimming, and activity will also provide the same amount of support. ActivArmor™ device can be made to be either easily removable or be semi-permanent as prescribed.

Not just a product, a way to help patient recover post knee arthroplasty
